To further the positive impact on the health of communities in Region IV-A (CALABARZON), CareGo EMR met and signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Batangas State University Center for Technopreneurship and Innovation (BatStateU-CTI) as part of their startup incubation program. The agreement has been signed by Dr. Tirso A. Ronquillo, the President of BatStateU and Engr. Albertson D. Amante, the Vice President for Research, Development and Extension Services from Batangas State University.
BatStateU-CTI is a technology business incubator (TBI) that offers mentorship programs to support startup founders and their enterprises. The BatStateU-CTI aims to strengthen commercialization research and development (R&D), build an entrepreneurial ecosystem, and develop technology-based startups as an investment for nation-building.
CareGo EMR as an early-stage startup enjoys the benefits of being an incubatee of BatStateU-CTI through its array of support and services on business development and marketing strategy, operations, legal framework, linkages support, and technopreneurship training. The partnership between CareGo EMR and BatStateU-CTI has been ongoing since November 2020 when CareGo EMR became one of the finalists in the Smart Cities Adapting the New Normal (SCAN) Program of BatStateU-CTI. Since then, Sir Jigs, Ma’am Honey, and Ma’am Jeca have been continuously supporting the initiatives of the CareGo EMR team.
The CareGo EMR team is thankful for the continuous support and mentorship from the whole CTI team. This is yet another opportunity to reach more communities and amplify the impact of technology on community health.
