Integration of CareGo Health Suite at Danao Rural Health Unit's TB-DOTS

With the successful implementation of CareGo Health Suite in Mankayan RHU, CP Health Innovations proceeded with the training of Danao RHU staff for CareGo Health Suite in enhancing the facility’s TB service delivery and sustainability.
From September 25 to September 29, 2023, the staff of Danao RHU underwent research orientation and received training on using CareGo Health Suite. TB staff were oriented on the project’s objectives and the relative processes, including consent gathering from TB patients and enrollment in the CareGo Health Suite, along with the explanation of the necessary forms in the project.
During the training at Danao RHU, not only the TB staff but also other personnel responsible for various health programs within the facility received comprehensive training on the CareGo Health Suite. This broader training approach was based on the interest of staff that the health suite could also enhance the dissemination of information about various health programs in the community. Staff members engaged in both orientation sessions and intensive hands-on training with the CareGo Health Suite, actively participating in processes such as patient enrollment and familiarizing themselves with the suite’s features and functionalities.
Throughout the training, all staff members actively participated and expressed enthusiasm for CareGo Health Suite, recognizing its potential to streamline their workload and serve as a platform to disseminate information about other programs available in their facility. With the integration of the CareGo Health Suite, Danao RHU staff are poised to create a significant impact on the lives of TB patients in their community and greatly enhance their healthcare service delivery.
